The initial Competition shall be in the format of a round robin which shall consist of six groups of 3 clubs and two groups of 2 clubs, the former playing one home match and one away match and the latter home and away. In the event of a tie, the team with the better matches won in their head to head will be used to determine the winner. If still tied then the result of the category one match shall determine the result. If still even then it shall be decided by the result of the category two and so on. In groups of two clubs this shall be the aggregate result. If the outcome is unresolved then lots will be drawn.
